Halloween Costumes

Alright, for day 15 (the halfway point) I thought maybe a little less talk, and a little more eye candy.  So we tried on our Halloween costumes and snapped some pics...that's right, this is sneak peak type stuff here.  You're insiders.  You're special.

Lily is...
Snow White!  DON'T BITE THE APPLE, SNOW!!


Emma is...

A glowing blue ball!  Because obviously.


I am...

A satyr!  Only place I could prop the
phone up to get a full picture
(so you could see m' hooves.) was the bathroom.

    We are not sure - something Minecraft? Doctor Who? A decision will need to be made soon...

      minecraft is arguably more recognizable...Dr. Who might be easier to pull off (depending...)

    OMFG the satyr is awesome. For the past couple of years we've only been dressing the kids, as that was challenging enough. This year our neighborhood Halloween block party will be bestowing a "family" award (normally only kids get costume prizes), presumably to encourage parents to be less curmudgeonly. So, based on G's desire to be a pirate (well, actually a pirate *ship*, but more on that later) we went with that as a theme. E will be a pirate parrot, and M and I will be pirates of some shape or form. Really, whatever we can throw together quickly. And really, it's not about the prize, we're just using it as a convenient excuse to push ourselves, even if only a little. ;-)
