HAHAHA! Merry Christmas!

Heh. . . the W. Family.
Yeah, so I was going to post this before the holidays, but um. . . I didn't. And now, seeing as I went through all the time and effort of photoshopping my last name out of it so that you internet psychos don't stalk my family, I may as well post it belatedly.

It's the Christmas Card that we sent out. Don't ask me why I just capitalized "card". It's too late to change it now.

We lost all our addresses somehow, so we cobbled a bunch back together and started sending the card out about a week before Christmas. . . then stalled. . . then got sidetracked. . . then forgot.

If you didn't get one of these bad boys in real life. . . read nothing into it.

Just before I left work I was going to post this, but I was super busy and ran out of time. So. . . enjoy.  And, Merry Belated Christmas . . . Happy Belated Holidays.

  1. Ha! Nicely done, I say. We didn't send out cards this year for the first time in about 10 years. I'm thinking of doing President's Day Cards. ;^)

  5. Aw, your girls are beautiful! Although if I may quote a very wise man: "This was all upbeat and positive and heartfelt. I hate stuff like that."

I didn't even send out Christmas cards this year. I couldn't get my kid to sit still for a stupid picture!

  11. @stimey - you can't prove anything. Other people are named Jim W, you know!

@brian - pfft. Your wife won't let you out to stalk and kill me.

@tmw - here's what's great about what we did. . . I just grabbed individual pictures of the kids smiling (some from summer, some in steeler jersey, some from weddings, whatever) and popped them on the card. No stressful posing required!

@haddock - next year we'll be on top of our game. But I'll say, if you have addresses electronically, and are willing to pay, you can make it as simple as telling shutterfly to add addresses AND stamps to your cards and all you have to do is carry them to the mailbox.

@rhonda - are you saying I've gained weight?

    @megan - thank you!

  12. They are just too adorable!

I sent out a bunch of cards year before last and got about 4 back. Everyone said they just don't do 'em anymore... :(

  13. I didn't send anything out until Christmas Eve.

Which is fine, since I'm not Christian, but a lot of the husband's family is.

Eh, blame the lateness on the heathen.
