This might just be the push I need to get updated, so thanks! I will get on that right away, just after I get through the 527 loads of laundry, dishes, studying, and school paperwork piles that having 4 kids creates... :)Samnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6873182308469051103.post-36886569529147682782011-10-15T09:04:20.763-04:002011-10-15T09:04:20.763-04:00I try to do that stuff too. Pretty handy.

She *is* brilliant and I would doubtless say that even if I wasn't positive that she'd eventually see this comment. ;)Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11538573774184028004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6873182308469051103.post-47630050509311345862011-10-15T08:31:52.875-04:002011-10-15T08:31:52.875-04:00I took all of Little Bird's records, med repor...I took all of Little Bird's records, med reports, etc and scanned them into my computer so I could burn everything on to a disc anytime I see someone new (hasn't happened in a while, but still good to have).

Good luck!

Your wife is brilliant, by the way. And ...Yeah, I mean ultimately it's helping US. And maybe it was never reasonable to assume that a doctor would sit and wade through 5 pages of single-spaced stuff that parents put together. Especially THIS doctor, with his waiting list and jillions of patients. . . but you're right, it has provided help in some way, though that help might not have been what we thought it would be when she wrote it up.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11538573774184028004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6873182308469051103.post-43369294601442546612011-10-08T22:33:08.782-04:002011-10-08T22:33:08.782-04:00Four hours?! I guess I can see how the doc wants what he wants and wants you to tell him orally instead of reading it. But as you say that you referred to it to answer questions you are way ahead of me when I go to an appointment and try to guesstimate when this or that happened.

I hope the new doc is helpful for Lily and I would definitely keep doing what you are doing because it's helped. Maybe not in the way you planned but it still did and that's all that counts.Karen V.https://www.blogger.com/profile/02432239210579792788noreply@blogger.com
